Elvera’s Cafe

About the Project

Elvera’s Cafe is a Brockton-based cafe that offers top-notch gourmet coffee, espresso drinks, breakfast, lunch, sandwiches, and delectable pastries to the greater Brockton community.

The Brief

Our goal was to create a more engaging website for Elvera’s Cafe. With a brand new contemporary design, we wanted customers to find them on Google’s first page for cafes when looking for a local cafe with excellent gourmet coffee in their area. We also wanted people who are looking for great food to find the site and know the variety of options available!

Our Approach

We worked closely with the owner to redesign the website from scratch to make it more user-friendly and mobile-friendly. 

  • Using a consistent redesign across the entire website to make the cafe easier for customers to recognize and remember, establishing the café’s consistent brand identity.
  • We implemented QR codes for ease of use in online ordering.
  • We integrated e-mail subscription signups so Elvera’s can stay in touch with loyal customers.
  • We added a gift card page to attract more customers
  • Added a blog, gallery, testimonials, about, and contact pages for a streamlined website look and feel.

The Result

  • By establishing the café’s brand identity and differentiating it from the competition, we helped build trust and loyalty with customers.
  • The café now has online ordering.
  • By using email subscriptions for lead generation, we helped create a loyal client base and repeat customers. The café can send out newsletters, promotional offers, and other marketing materials to encourage customers to come back by gathering their contact information.
  • The addition of a gift/gifting e-cards section draws in new clients who are searching for an original and practical approach to buying presents. 
  • Added new pages and features such as the blog, gallery, testimonials, about, and contact pages for a streamlined website look and feel. The end result is an increase in engagement and consumer satisfaction.

Consumers will value a website that is simple to use and helps them discover what they need, which has improved traffic and encourages more regular visits.
