Groton Farm School

About the Project

The Brief

Groton Farm School is a country day school located on a 20-acre working farm. Groton Farm School was in need of an online presence separate from its farm website. It needed a website that reflected the unique educational experience it offers its students in a way that showcased its beautiful farm location. Staff also needed the flexibility to post about their programs and accept applications online. The school was also in need of an updated identity and new logo. They also wanted to get found in local search engine results.

Our Approach

KMA Web Design created a new website with a contemporary eye-catching design that showcased their beautiful location. After conducting client interviews a new logo was designed to reflect the school’s uniqueness. All new page content was created to describe the value the school offers to students and families. Keyword research was conducted to better position them in search results. Behind the screens on-page SEO techniques such as meta data, schema mark-up and best practices in coding and security were used to help the site perform better in search results.

The Result

The new website can easily be found for anyone searching for relevant search terms in Google, has an optimized Google directory listing, an easy to remember domain name, playful branding and beautiful photography, as well as, flexible options for adding new content and strong calls-to-action.

Client Reviews

I highly recommend KMA Web Design to anyone seeking development of a professional, unique, and visually appealing website. The professionalism, collaboration, and individualized attention provided to us was unparalleled. Kerry (the owner) actively engaged us in developing an amazing website for our school and brought our vision to fruition in a timely manner. From start to finish, our experience with KMA Web Design was nothing short of fabulous.
